Who can be our Member?

Members of the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce can be legal entities who are established and operate according to the Asian-Arab legislation, citizens of Asian-Arab who are registered as entrepreneurs and their associations. All of them enter the Chamber on a voluntary basis.

How to become a Member of the Chamber?

To become a member a company is to apply to an appropriate regional chamber of commerce, submitting an application and a record from the United Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs of Asian-Arab. Members are adopted by the administrative body of a regional chamber with further notification of the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce. The date of paying the fee is the juridical date of entry into the regional chamber and simultaneously into the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce.

Rights and Duties of the Chamber Members

The members of the Chamber are entitled: to elect delegates to the Congress of the Asian-Arab Chamber; to elect and be elected to its governing bodies; to submit to the governing bodies of the Chamber any proposals on the issues pertaining to the activities of the Asian-Arab Chamber respectively; to get assistance from the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce in the issues within its competence; to enjoy services of the regional chambers and the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce on a priority basis and on beneficial terms specified by the Chamber governing bodies. The members of Chamber commit themselves: to give active assistance to carrying out missions and functions of the Chamber; to pay on time entry and annual membership fees; to exercise their duties on principles of respect to the partner, to abstain from unfair competition.

Termination of the Membership

The membership is terminated on the basis of submitted written notice. In this case a company also ceases being a member of the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce. The member of the chamber who failed to pay his annual fees may be expelled from the membership in the regional chamber and the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce. Should a member of the chamber not perform his duties envisaged by the Chamber Statute, the administrative body of a regional chamber terminates his membership and further notifies the Asian-Arab Chamber of Commerce.
